Loyalty Specialist
5&5 is looking for a motivated Loyalty Specialist to assist in the functionality and implementation of our loyalty platforms. You’ll work with notable brands in the restaurant industry, focusing on supporting clients in launching and managing their loyalty programs effectively. As part of the 5&5 team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring clients receive excellent service and support.
What You’ll Do
- Ensure loyalty campaign and offer requests are launched successfully and effectively on our loyalty partner platforms
- Partner with Loyalty Managers on the configurations and QA of enterprise brands’ segmentation, campaigns & offers
- Build relationships with clients as a trusted resource for loyalty program inquiries
- Help ensure high levels of client satisfaction by addressing concerns and assisting with the management of their loyalty programs
- Collaborate with brands and cross-departmentally to execute tasks related to loyalty program implementations
- Work with and support all loyalty team members to optimize 5&5’s loyalty services execution and overall client experience
What We’re Looking For
- Written and Vocal English Fluency required
- 2+ years of customer facing experience, i.e., IT Support, Customer Service Support, Sales, QA Support etc.
- Strong communication skills to understand client needs and provide basic recommendations
- Keen attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to not only work independently on clients but also collaboratively with the greater team to support enterprise clients
- Loyalty platform experience (Paytronix, Punchh, Spendgo, Thanx, Sparkfly, Incentivio) is a plus
- Familiarity with Google Suite, Zendesk, Asana, and/or Notion is a plus
