Loyalty Operations Specialist

Full Time | Remote | US | $60K - $80K

We’re seeking a motivated Loyalty Specialist to support the setup, execution, and optimization of email marketing campaigns for some of the most recognizable brands in the restaurant industry. You’ll work alongside our Loyalty Managers to bring client communications to life — ensuring campaigns are flawlessly executed, data-driven, and aligned with each brand’s loyalty and guest engagement goals. As part of the 5&5 team, you’ll play a key role in helping brands strengthen their customer relationships through smart, well-executed email strategies.

What You’ll Do

  • Support Loyalty Managers and Leads in the management of their brands by assisting with campaign setup, segment building, and providing additional resources for projects when needed to ensure seamless execution and alignment with client objectives.
  • Act as the primary Loyalty Point of Contact for up to 5 brands (SMB, Commercial, and Enterprise), while providing co-support to loyalty mangers, leads and directors for up to 10 brands, serving as a trusted advisor to support, consult, and deliver loyalty initiatives.
  • Attend and lead client meetings, providing strategic guidance and actionable insights on loyalty programs while building strong, collaborative relationships.
  • Oversee end-to-end setup, testing, and deployment of loyalty campaigns and offers across communication channels (emails, push notifications, rich messages, SMS), ensuring flawless execution and optimization.
  • Troubleshoot loyalty program issues, coordinating with internal support teams to drive timely resolution and maintain program performance.
  • Dedicate two hours per week for industry learning. This could consist of attending a loyalty webinar, reading industry articles, etc.
  • Develop and maintain documentation within the department library to serve as a resource for the team.
  • Support and enhance operational efficiency across the department through administrative coordination, process documentation, and other cross-functional support task as needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • Written and Vocal English Fluency required
  • 2+ years of customer facing experience, i.e., Communications Specialist or Email Marketing Specialist
  • Strong communication skills to understand client needs and provide basic recommendations
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise
  • Organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to not only work independently on clients but also collaboratively with the greater team to support enterprise clients
  • Email Platform Experience (Braze, Sendgrid, Infobip, Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) is a plus
  • Loyalty platform experience (Paytronix, Punchh, Spendgo, Thanx, Sparkfly, Incentivio)
  • Familiarity with Google Suite, Zendesk, Asana, and/or Notion is a plus
