2025: A Year of Growth, Grit, and Genuine Impact

December 22, 2025

2025 was one for the books. From celebrating five years of 5&5 to earning recognition as one of America’s fastest-growing private companies, this year proved what’s possible when great people unite around a shared mission.

Every milestone, big or small, comes back to the same thing: our people. The restaurants that trust us, the partners who dream alongside us, and the team that shows up every single day ready to build, solve, and grow. Together, we’ve helped restaurants reclaim the power of their technology, connecting systems, simplifying operations, and creating space for what matters most: their guests.

Before we jump into another big year, we want to take a moment to look back, celebrate the wins, and say thank you to everyone who contributed to the growth, innovation, and momentum that defined our 2025.

Five Years of 5&5: A Milestone Worth Celebrating

This year, we proudly celebrated five years of 5&5, five years of helping restaurants operate smarter, grow faster, and connect deeper with their guests. What began as a small team with a big idea has evolved into a global agency shaping how brands approach technology and hospitality.

Our journey so far has been fueled by partnerships, innovation, and a deep respect for the restaurant industry we serve. And if the last five years have taught us anything, it’s that transformation happens when people and technology move in sync.

Making the Inc. 5000 List!

This year brought one of our proudest milestones yet:

5&5 was recognized by Inc. Magazine not once, but twice.

5&5 made the 2025 Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing private companies in America and was also named one of Inc.’s Best Workplaces. One reflects what we’ve built, the other reflects how we built it—and together, they tell the full story of who we are. Both honors reflect the same belief that’s guided us from the start: when you build a team rooted in trust, reliability, and shared purpose, growth naturally follows.

Showing Up & Standing Out: Our Conference Highlights

Recognition wasn’t just external, it also come from showing up where innovation happens.
From RLC to FS/TEC to the Genius User Conference, 2025 was a year of showing up and standing out.

We showed up at top industry events, connecting directly with leading brands and tech innovators. Each event gave us a chance to share what makes 5&5 different: our deep operational understanding, our client-first mindset, and our drive to help restaurants succeed in a competitive digital omni-channel world. These moments reminded us that our influence in the industry isn’t just growing, it’s resonating.

Recognition That Speaks to Partnership

One of the most exciting moments this year came from recognition by one of our most valued clients, Port City Java, who honored us with their Vendor of the Year award, our first ever! Even more special, our own Anthony Sanders was recognized as Vendor Individual of the Year. Bravo, Anthony! These awards mean the world to us because they represent what 5&5 values most: collaboration, trust, and shared success.

Expanding What’s Possible Through Partnerships

This year, we expanded our partner ecosystem in ways that truly moved the needle for our clients. We added more than a dozen new partners, giving brands access to tools and platforms that solve real operational problems. Our network continues to grow because we align with partners who show reliability, expertise, and steady follow through.

We did all of this without a typical partner program. There are no tiers or rules. Instead, we worked with partners who genuinely wanted to collaborate, whether that meant sharing referrals or supporting implementation and onboarding for shared clients. Vendors receive the same level of consistency and clarity that we bring to every brand relationship.

We also deepened engagement across the industry. Several partners joined the 5&5 internal podcast, the Soundbite Series, to unpack topics operators cared about most. We co-hosted events that encouraged honest dialogue and meaningful connection, including a client appreciation dinner with Spendgo and a bowling event with Thanx during FS/TEC.

The year closed with strong momentum. More webinars and podcast sessions are in the works for 2026, but if you missed our session on December 4th with SynergySuite & CIS: Letting Go to Gain Control: How Leading Brands Simplify Tech to Unlock Growth, then you’re in luck… the conversation lives on so we recommend giving it a listen!

Looking back, the partnerships we formed and strengthened this year set a higher bar for what effective collaboration should look like. The right people came together, the work got stronger, and the impact was felt across the brands we support. We are stepping into 2026 with a clear goal: To give our partners even more opportunities to create meaningful impact for the industry we serve, together.

Success Stories That Inspire Us

Our clients are the reason we do what we do, and seeing their success is our greatest reward. In 2025, we welcomed Walk-On’s Sports Bistreaux to the 5&5 community, partnering with their team to modernize and streamline their tech ecosystem across locations.

We also celebrated the continued expansion of Slice House, whose intentional, purpose-driven growth has become a standout example of how the right systems can fuel sustainable scaling. And with FOMO Fries, a fast-growing virtual brand redefining the delivery-first space, we supported their efforts to bring craveable, fast-casual fun to guests wherever they are.

Each story is proof that when the right strategy and systems come together, great brands thrive.

Celebrating Our Culture: Moments That Matter

At 5&5, we believe growth is something that should be celebrated, and this year, our teams across the globe did just that. From the U.S. crew trading spreadsheets for roller coasters at Epic Universe in Orlando, to our LATAM Team spending a sun-soaked weekend at IRTRA in Guatemala, and our Philippines Team laughing their way through a night of karaoke and bowling at Peninsula Hotel, every retreat was a reminder of what makes this company special. We may live in different time zones, but we share the same energy, one fueled by collaboration, connection, and a genuine love for what we do.

Looking Ahead

As we close out 2025, we’re filled with gratitude for the clients who trust us, the partners who collaborate with us, and our very own team who continues to push boundaries every single day.

What started as a vision to simplify restaurant technology has grown into a movement that’s shaping how the industry connects, operates, and thrives. The past five years have been extraordinary, but what’s ahead feels even more exciting. As we round the corner to 2026, we’re thrilled to share that 5&5 has been selected to be featured on All Access with Andy Garcia, airing on Public Television stations nationwide! Our team recently headed to the studio in Boca Raton, FL, to film the segment, focusing on educating viewers about the growing role of technology in restaurant operations and how it is shaping the future of the industry. Stay tuned for behind-the-scenes moments and follow along at #AllAccess for updates as the story unfolds!
