Background
A few months before the pandemic, Yoshinoya approached us as they began to explore what digital commerce could be for the brand. As a older brand, they had relied on in-person foot traffic for years, but saw the need to shift digitally like many of their competitors had begun doing. Prior to our support, the brand had only begun preliminary research in how digital would impact the business.
How We Supported
The 5&5 team supported Yoshinoya in implementing Olo online ordering, designing and implementing their mobile app/loyalty program with Punchh, launching and integrating third-party delivery service platforms, website design, as well as menu board and packaging design. Because of the pandemic, we accelerated our timelines and were able to get Yoshinoya up and running in time to weather the Pandemic.
