Inventory Management Specialist

Full Time | Remote | PH | $20-$30K

The Inventory Management Specialist serves as the subject matter expert for all inventory systems supported by the System Solutions department. This role is responsible for leading the setup, optimization, and support of inventory workflows across multiple platforms and brands. The Specialist will ensure best practices are followed internally, maintain platform documentation and SOPs, and drive accuracy across systems. This position may grow into a management role, with up to four direct reports. Candidates must have at least two years of hands-on experience managing one or more of the following systems: Decision Logic, Restaurant365, CrunchTime, or SynergySuite.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the lead inventory systems expert across all supported platforms and brands
  • Manage the end-to-end configuration and maintenance of items, recipes, vendor catalogs, and location settings
  • Support new store launches and system transitions by ensuring accurate inventory setup at go-live
  • Conduct proactive audits of item and cost data to improve theoretical accuracy and reporting reliability
  • Partner with brand teams to identify upstream or downstream impacts tied to inventory data
  • Create and maintain detailed SOPs, platform documentation, and troubleshooting guides for internal use. Train and prepare at least one backup per active platform.
  • Publish and maintain internal SOPs and documentation for all major inventory platforms, ensuring that best practices are followed across all inventory configurations and internal team processes.
  • Collaborate with brand teams and vendors to resolve cost or integration issues efficiently
  • Maintain documentation of recurring issues, resolutions, and improvement opportunities
  • Train and mentor internal team members in inventory systems and support workflows
  • Management experience preferred. This role may manage up to 4 direct reports as the department scales.
