Graphic Designer
We’re a team of doers, helping restaurant brands grow with the right technology and the right support. Between optimizing tech stacks and executing digital growth strategies, 5&5 works behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly for some of the most beloved and fastest-growing brands in hospitality. As our team continues to scale, we’re looking for a Graphic Designer who can bring our story—and our clients’—to life through powerful, polished visual content.
About the Role
We’re looking for a multi-talented Graphic Designer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and brings both creative flair and executional excellence. You’ll be the go-to creative partner across internal teams—leading the design of print and digital assets for marketing campaigns, social media, learning content, events, and more.
In this role, you’ll report to the Senior Manager of Partnerships & Marketing and work closely with teammates across Marketing, L&D, and People Operations. As part of a nimble, three-person marketing team, we’re looking for someone who contributes ideas proactively, gives and receives feedback well, and isn’t afraid to take ownership of creative direction when needed.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the lead designer for all internal creative requests across Marketing, Learning & Development, and People Ops
- Create high-quality assets across a range of formats—social graphics, web visuals, animations, short videos, printed materials, email graphics, presentation decks, and more
- Translate brand guidelines into compelling visual designs for both internal and external audiences
- Design clean, on-brand sales and HR materials such as conference collateral, sell sheets, and internal documents
- Collaborate with the L&D team to create and edit engaging training videos for our internal learning platform
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions, creative strategy development, and content planning
- Manage multiple projects across departments with speed, flexibility, and a strong attention to detail
What We’re Looking For
- A compelling portfolio that showcases excellent graphic and digital design, ideally in a B2B or mission-driven context
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design, digital branding, or creative content production
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in video editing and basic animation
- Strong proficiency in Figma, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects
- Excellent time management, with the ability to juggle priorities across teams and deadlines
- Confidence to take an idea and turn it into a strong visual execution, with minimal hand-holding
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Enthusiastic team player who values collaboration and feedback
Bonus Skills (Not Required):
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Experience with UX/UI design principles
What We Offer
- Fully remote work
- Medical and Dental Insurance Plans
- Paid Holidays including but are not limited to: New Year’s Day, Holy Week, All Saints Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day
- 15 PTO Days with an annual anniversary accrual of 1 additional PTO day each year, and PTO rollover option
- Birthday PTO day
