What we did
We’ve supported the brand through their entire digital transformation. From integrating Olo to developing a new loyalty program with Punchh to supporting the website redesign and launching a more custom front-end ordering experience, we’ve been a part of the brand’s tech stake evaluation to the implementation and management of their SaaS solutions.
We’ve supported the off-premise growth of the brand from just 3.75% at the beginning of 2020 to now over 19% of sales being digital.
Today, we continue to support Pollo Campero in maintaining their SaaS solutions, growing their digital channels, supporting loyalty growth and execution, executing new technology implementations, as well as supporting their NCR Aloha POS system.
