  • What POS systems do you work with?

    With our SaaS integrations, we are POS agnostic, as long as the SaaS provider has a built out integration with your POS system. For POS support and maintenance, we currently support NCR Aloha, NCR Silver, MICROS, Xenial and Toast.

    Brink and Revel support is coming soon.

  • What is your turnaround time for assigning project resources?

    Once an SOW is aligned and signed off on, we assign project resources the same day.

  • How much does it cost to work with 5&5?

    This depends on what the project scope is, but the baseline we utilize is the same financial resources that a brand would invest into having one internal resource, we’re staffing an entire team to support. This ensures quicker turnarounds with a pool of product and technical expertise to ensure best practice is consistently being executed.

  • Do you only work with certain SaaS providers?

    No, we’re platform agnostic. We work with the industry’s best solutions, but have the technical expertise to learn and effectively support any solution that a brand has decided to implement/use.

  • Do you support tech stack evaluations and solution RFPs?
