Technology Implementation Lead

Full Time | 5&5 (a Tijoh Brand) | Remote

About the Role

We’re looking for someone well versed in the functionality of the restaurant industry’s best SaaS solution providers. You’ll work with some of the most well-known brands in the restaurant space with the sole goal of ensuring client implementation projects are executed as quickly, efficiently, and effectively as possible. You’ll focus on driving technical projects as brands look to add to/replace their existing tech stack. This role will sit within our Digital Strategy Department and lead the Implementation Team.

What You’ll Do

  • Ensure client SaaS implementations are executed successfully and on time
  • Focus on allocating the best possible levels of client satisfaction to deliver solutions to client concerns, including configuring and managing changes related to the SaaS solution dashboards
  • Effectively consult implementation team on best practices to implement across the client organization for the needed use case
  • Work collaboratively with our SaaS solution partners to develop strong relationships, leading to successful client launches
  • Develop and optimize 5&5 SaaS solution SOPs to ensure best practices around managing each platform and clients is developed

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience managing and implementing restaurant SaaS solutions
  • Tactful communication skills to clearly and articulately resolve issues that arise with clients
  • High level of organization and ability to balance deliverables, along with managing multiple priorities
  • Ability to not only work independently on clients but also collaboratively with the greater team to proactively resolve any client concerns
  • Direct experience implementing and managing the Olo platform (online ordering) is required
  • Ideal candidate would have experience implementing other SaaS solutions including, but not limited to, loyalty through companies such as Paytronix, Spendgo, and Punchh
