Partnerships & Marketing Manager

Full Time | Remote | US | $65K - $75K

We’re is looking for a dynamic & personable Partnerships & Marketing Manager to lead the charge on managing new & existing partnerships, amplifying new and existing service offerings, highlighting our customer’s successes, and ultimately driving incremental revenue opportunities in the restaurant technology space.

This role reports directly to the Director of Growth and will have 1 direct report.

What You’ll Do

  • Partnerships
    • Collaborate with the Director of Growth on partnership ecosystem management strategy
    • Become an expert on the restaurant technology ecosystem
    • Manage existing partner relationships to drive revenue growth
    • Engage new partnerships and create strategic plans to drive measurable pipeline and revenue
    • Drive partner deliverables for certification program, collaborating with L&D and Growth team on platform review & partner communications
    • Execute on go-to-market strategies, including case studies, webinars & conference events
    • Coordinate monthly enablement sessions with 5&5 team, along with managed services learning sessions
    • Support Project Management team on RFPs
    • Partner closely with Client Operations & System Solutions teams to understand brand pain points & where partners can help
  • Marketing
    • Collaborate with the Director of Growth to create a strategic marketing roadmap that supports customer awareness, acquisition and retention
    • Develop engaging content alongside our Marketing Communications Specialist that sets our company and products apart, including client newsletters, partner marketing materials, white papers, reports and blogs
    • Collaborate with department leads and brands to create customer success stories
    • Pursue media opportunities for brand, including podcasts, webinars, conference panels, etc
    • Oversee social content strategy and brand positioning
    • Partner with Director of Growth in planning and preparation of industry conferences
    • Regularly conduct industry and competitor research to stay on top of trends

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of partnerships and/or marketing experience specifically in the restaurant and/or technology space
  • Professional knowledge of the restaurant technology ecosystem, as well as an understanding of industry trends and the key players in the competitive landscape
  • Experience in managing a direct report or mentoring
  • Exceptional relationship building skills, with professional experience acting as a face and voice of a brand
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Results oriented with strong execution, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Self-motivated to achieve company goals and initiatives, ability to operate with little guidance
  • Familiarity with Reveal, Figma, Klaviyo and WordPress a plus
